JSS had arranged a Monsoon Hike to Bekare Falls near Bhivpuri-Karjat on Sunday,16th July 2006.There were 95 participants in the program & we had arranged 2 special buses for taking the participants to the base village.Click here for report.

For last couple of years JSS has been organizing a Summer Camp for the students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya-Marathi Medium during their Summer Vacations.All the students from their 8th Std are trained in various activities.Year by year this program is gaining popularity among the students & even the school Management.This year too,the success story was repeated. By now our Janaseva samiti is known to organise programs in various fields of science, history that are not only highly informative but are also unique in nature. Keeping up to this tradition, JSS recently organized Shivtirtha Raigadachi Jeevankatha, a meet to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the fort Raigad joining (May 1656) in the ranks & files of Hindavi Swarajya.
JSS conducted in the 1st week of March 2006, an overnight sky observation program for the students of Holy Family convent school in Marol .More than 70 participants including their students & teachers were present for the programme conducted in a remote village near Vajareshwari.
